Job summary

Univers seeks a Director of Treasury & Working Capital to establish and lead the global Treasury function from Singapore. You will ensure liquidity, forecasting, banking relationships, and covenant management while preparing the company for IPO-readiness and public-company controls.

This hands-on leader will partner with Accounting, FP&A, Tax, Legal, Sales, and regional finance teams to optimize working capital, implement governance, and provide timely liquidity visibility for CFO and executive

Qualifications

• Significant progressive experience in corporate Treasury, including liquidity and cash forecasting.
• Experience establishing or transforming a Treasury function and governance framework.
• Strong knowledge of debt, working capital, and financial risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead global liquidity management, cash forecasting, and funding requirements.
• Own 13-week cash flow forecast, monthly projections, and liquidity reporting.
• Oversee banking relationships and treasury operations across regions.
• Drive debt, covenant monitoring, and financing arrangements.
• Develop policy, controls, and governance for a standalone company treasury.
