Job summary

BEUMER Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee installation and alignment of conveyor systems and material handling equipment at customer sites across the Asia region.

You will ensure on-time project delivery, document hours, and maintain high standards of workmanship. The role requires strong communication and leadership skills, the ability to read engineering drawings, and willingness to travel internationally as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of conveyor components and control interfaces is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Asia with occasional travel to Europe/Middle East.

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and alignment of conveyor systems and related equipment.
• Ensure documentation is accurate and hours are recorded per procedures.
• Review site work for quality, finish, and adherence to plan.
• Coordinate with main/sub-contractors and safety officers.
• Train crews on interfaces with contractors and engineers.
• Close out installations and resolve punch lists to customer satisfaction.
• Visit sites regularly to monitor progress and quality of work.
