Job summary

BEUMER Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee the installation and alignment of conveyor systems and material handling equipment on projects in Singapore and across Asia. You will lead现场 teams, ensure schedules are met, and uphold safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, thorough documentation, and close collaboration with engineers to resolve field issues. Travel within Asia is required with occasional trips to Europe or the Middle East.

Qualifications

• ITE (NITEC) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• Willingness to travel within Asia with occasional travel to Europe or the Middle East.
• Minimum five years of site experience in material handling systems (conveyors, BHS, sortation).

Responsibilities

• Supervise installation and alignment of conveyor systems and related equipment, ensuring on-time completion per plan.
• Coordinate crews and ensure accurate paperwork, documenting hours and actions per procedures.
• Review site installations for quality, ensuring products are level, aligned and cleaned to high standards.
• Protect customer property and handle materials with care.
• Train crews to interface effectively with main/sub-contractors, electricians and safety staff.
• Close out service work timely; follow up on punch lists and satisfy customers.
• Visit sites daily to interface with leads, customers and third parties, monitoring progress and quality.
• Resolve problems during installation in collaboration with design engineers.
• Provide progress reports daily or weekly.
