Job summary

You will collaborate with tax and transfer pricing partners in Singapore and Japan on cross-border restructurings, policies and disputes.

This individual contributor role offers exposure to client discussions, technical analysis and end-to-end project delivery within an international network of practitioners.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of transfer pricing experience.
• Big 4 transfer pricing or equivalent advisory experience favored.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise on transfer pricing aspects of cross-border transactions, restructurings, and intercompany arrangements.
• Develop and evaluate transfer pricing policies supported by economic and financial analysis.
• Support advance pricing agreements (APA), mutual agreement procedures (MAP), and transfer pricing audits and disputes.
• Prepare clear, practical advice that connects technical findings with clients' commercial objectives.
• Work with colleagues across jurisdictions and practice areas to deliver coordinated advice.
