Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or ≥2 years in Equity Settlement or related financial services roles.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and MS Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage cross-border equity settlement processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct reconciliation of stock and cash, investigate discrepancies, and follow up on settlement breaks.
• Initiate stock borrow and monitor stock returns for failed trades to ensure smooth settlement.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and custodians to coordinate settlement activities and funding arrangements.
• Oversee ETF creation and redemption processes, monitor settlements via CCP terminals, and ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., stamp duty).
• Manage margin payment arrangements and perform related administrative tasks to support settlement operations
