Job summary

HANWA SINGAPORE (PRIVATE) LIMITED is seeking an experienced logistics and sales manager to oversee the department. You will plan, set sales goals, analyze performance data, forecast demand, and develop and optimize logistics networks to support global operations.

The role requires negotiating trade terms, managing contracts for logistics services, coordinating overseas shipments, and training subordinates. Frequent travel may be required to meet suppliers and customers worldwide.

Responsibilities

• Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
• Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement
• Negotiating all trade conditions with buyers and sellers
• Trading in domestic, import, export, and trade among three countries
• Reserving foreign currency exchanges
• Inventory checking at overseas warehouse
• Credit risk management and financial analysis
• Guidance and training of subordinates with personnel management
• Frequent overseas business trip alone with short notice to all over the world
• Manage product movement within the supply chain
• Chartering and operating ships
