• Enter Purchased and Sales data accurately and file Sales documents.
• Handle EMAIL / FAX / PRINT of Purchases and Sales Documents.
• Prepare documents for billing processes.
• Coordinate with trade operations team, customers, and vendors.
• Support performance management duties within the team.
• Ensure adherence to customs requirements and import/export restrictions.
• Monitor shipments and ensure on-time delivery, addressing delays.
• Resolve shipping, customs clearance, and transportation issues.
• Maintain records of trade activities and generate periodic reports for management.
• Analyze data to assess performance and suggest improvements.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as requested by the trade department
