Job summary

MAJESTIC ROCK RESOURCES GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a Trade Operations professional to handle commodity trading contracts, LC submissions, and export/import documentation. The role involves coordinating with banks, vessels, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant trades.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in trade operations, strong attention to detail, and good English and Chinese communication. Immediate availability is preferred in this Singapore-based position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, SCM, or related field.
• At least 1 year in trade operations or international logistics.
• Familiar with commodity trading operations is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in trade documents.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Immediate availability or short notice preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute commodity trading contracts efficiently.
• Prepare and submit import LC applications with banks.
• Prepare export documents (Invoices, COA, COW, COO).
• Monitor vessel status and manage payment schedules.
• Ensure all documentation meets ELC requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of trade docs and transactions.
• Communicate between internal teams and external partners.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
