Job summary

The Edge Partnership is partnering with a well-established Asia-headquartered organisation seeking a senior Total Rewards leader to shape and run the group’s rewards and performance agenda from our Singapore base. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on delivery across compensation, performance management, executive remuneration and governance.

Qualifications

• At least 15 years of strong Total Rewards experience across compensation, performance management, incentive design and rewards policy development.
• Strong knowledge of regional and global remuneration practices and benchmarking methodologies.
• Experience developing executive remuneration recommendations and partnering with Board-level stakeholders.
• Proven track record designing group-wide rewards and performance frameworks in multinational organisations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, governance and implementation of group-wide compensation and performance programmes.
• Oversee group-wide performance management, calibration and reviews.
• Develop and maintain salary structures, pay bands and remuneration guidelines.
• Lead market benchmarking and remuneration analysis to stay competitive.
• Advise senior management on compensation, benefits and international mobility.
• Partner with leadership on executive remuneration and governance.
• Drive digitalisation of rewards and performance processes for efficiency.
