Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is assisting a well‑established MNC in Tuas to hire an experienced Sales Manager. The role focuses on driving new business development, expanding market reach and owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to order fulfilment.

You will develop and promote thin film materials and related coating solutions, pursue CMP product opportunities, and build relationships with key customers across semiconductor and electronics industries. Travel overseas frequently is expected.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in 100% hunter/new business development sales.
• Experience with CMP products or related coating materials is preferred.
• Willing and able to travel overseas frequently for business meetings and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development and acquire new customers across Semiconductor, Electronics, MDS, HDD, Photovoltaic and Decorative Coating industries.
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from prospecting and customer engagement to quotation, negotiation and order fulfilment.
• Develop and promote thin film materials, sputtering targets, evaporation materials and related advanced coating solutions.
• Focus on CMP products and identify new applications and business opportunities.
• Build and expand relationships with key customers, understanding their requirements and technology roadmaps.
• Prepare quotations, pricing strategies, sales forecasts and demand planning reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements to identify opportunities for business growth.
• Work closely with Application Engineering, Quality, Customer Service and Finance teams to support customer requirements and resolve technical or commercial issues.
• Introduce new products and technical solutions to customers and support product commercialisation.
• Conduct frequent overseas business travel to meet customers, develop new accounts and explore new markets.
• Drive revenue, profitability and market share growth for the company's thin film products and solutions.
