Job summary

Nityo Infotech Limited in Singapore seeks a senior Telecom Product Manager to lead the product portfolio across international connectivity services. You will drive roadmap development, coordinate with Sales, Engineering and Finance to align features, pricing and go-to-market plans, and manage product P&L to meet EBITDA and capex targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Telecom Product Management.
• 5+ years managing international connectivity products.
• Experience with IPL, Ethernet, OTN, DCI, Subsea Capacity or Wavelength Services.
• Experience managing product P&L.
• Exposure to cable systems and global network infrastructure.
• Experience with carrier and enterprise connectivity solutions.
• Drive roadmap including new product development, features, and technology with financial targets (EBITDA, Capex/Opex).

Responsibilities

• Lead discussions with Sales, Customers, Engineering, Technology & Service Evolution and CSO to seek feedback on new product/service requirements, enhancement of existing products and features, augmentation of network capacity to meet growing customer needs, or increasing operational efficiencies.
• Lead discussions with relevant teams such as Engineering, Finance, Service Assurance, Service Delivery, Billing to discuss service realisation and operationalising of product/service and associated costs.
• Guide team to prepare Market Requirement Document (MRD) to capture market need, forecast potential market demand for product/feature and business justification; Share MRD with senior management to seek approval of Capital Committee; Post approval, liaise with Engineering and CSO for product development and roll out; Provide inputs to team to determine pricing and cost structures.
