Job summary

The Team Lead, Event Management will lead a project team to deliver world-class events for clients, with on-site and digital components, and will be deployed across FIRST campuses as required.

Qualifications

8-10 years of relevant experience.
Excellent written and oral communication at all levels.
Ability to lead by example and manage a team across projects.
Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
Fluent in English and able to liaise with international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Coordinate staff assignments and workload for onsite and digital events.
Review requests from event intake team and confirm space, approvals and information.
Advise on planning and execution of events for high-profile groups and oversee large-scale events.
Support and coordinate event delivery and client communications as needed.
Manage vacation schedules, review expenses, and oversee onboarding/offboarding of team members.
