Morgan McKinley is partnering with a well-established international group to recruit an experienced Group Tax Manager to lead tax compliance across the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia. You will report to the CFO and work with regional finance teams and external advisors.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive risk management and strengthening internal controls in a dynamic, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on in managing tax filings across countries and jurisdictions.
• Strong understanding of corporate income tax and VAT/GST.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee global tax compliance calendar across jurisdictions.
• Coordinate with regional finance teams and external advisors.
• Review corporate income tax, VAT/GST, withholding tax and transfer pricing filings.
• Monitor international tax reporting obligations (Country-by-Country, Pillar Two, substance).
• Conduct monthly financial and tax reviews to identify compliance risks.
• Support in strengthening internal tax controls and audits.
