Job summary

Binance is hiring a senior recruiter to own end-to-end delivery of positions across junior to senior levels. You will partner with hiring managers, provide market intelligence, and map top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

In this global role, you will work with cross-functional teams across markets and time zones, delivering timely hiring results and insightful recruitment reports to drive progress. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in end to end recruitment.
• Strong stakeholder partnership experience.
• Ability to work across multiple business units.
• Experience in conducting in-depth mapping to identify top talent.
• Able to multi-task and juggle between different hiring priorities.
• Data driven and familiar with using hiring data matrix to highlight challenges and progress.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
