Job summary

SIA HUAT PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a Supply Planner to manage a high-volume portfolio (~40,000 SKUs) with global sourcing. You will drive end-to-end supply planning, PO execution, and supplier follow-ups across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and China to maintain product availability.

Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, and regional teams to address demand changes and promotions, while optimizing inventory.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of hands-on experience in supply planning, purchasing, or inventory management.
ERP proficiency with ERP systems, EPB preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze demand signals and translate into PO recommendations for the supplier network.
Monitor stock levels and safety stock for ~40,000 SKUs to meet fill-rate targets.
Collaborate with Sales, Category Management, and Regional Teams (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, China) to capture demand changes and promotions.
Create, issue, and track POs with international and domestic suppliers; manage lead times and ETAs.
Coordinate supplier communications on production status and delays; expedite shipments when needed.
Support China regional supply chain to resolve issues and ensure export compliance; hand over shipments to Shipping with proper docs.
Triage PO exceptions, identify root causes of delays, and summarize weekly status reports.
