Job summary

HP PPS Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. seeks a program management professional to lead supply chain capabilities across multiple teams, aligning with HP's factory services strategy. The role focuses on lifecycle management improvements, governance, and KPI-driven reporting.

You will coordinate stakeholder requirements, define scope, manage risks, and report progress to senior leadership. English and Mandarin are required; knowledge of Japanese is a plus.

Qualifications

• First level university degree in Engineering related or Computer courses.
• Any skills on data management like Power BI are preferred.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain, electronic products manufacturing, program management related fields.
• Knowledge of high volume & complex PC manufacturing processes, work experience in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools and software packages, people management, or a related field.
• Strong English communication; Mandarin knowledge; Japanese would be an advantage.
• Demonstrate maturity and ability to work independently to achieve goals with minimal guidance.
• Experience in influencing and managing external partners with self-driven abilities in meeting KPIs.
• Capable of presenting or escalating issues to high-level regional management as needed.
• Understand Root cause analysis and prevention.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supply chain capabilities program management across multiple teams and align with HP's factory services strategy goals.
• Lead Lifecycle Management improvement programs for Factory Services and oversee operations to maximize efficiencies on shipments.
• Develop program plans, milestones, governance structures, budgets and success metrics.
• Coordinate and manage communications with stakeholders to define scope and report progress.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies with timely resolution.
• Facilitate collaboration among cross-functional teams including IT, business units, and external suppliers.
• Monitor progress with KPIs and provide senior management status updates.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and improvements.
