Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise in Singapore seeks a Supply Chain Program Manager (Factory Services) to lead end-to-end SCM initiatives across factories, production infrastructure, and services customization. You will drive lifecycle improvements, governance, and KPI reporting to senior leadership.

The role requires 4–7 years in SCM or related fields, knowledge of high-volume PC manufacturing processes, and proficiency in data management with Power BI. Travel and relocation may be required.

Qualifications

• First level university degree in Engineering related or Computer courses.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supply chain capabilities program management across multiple teams.
• Lead Life Cycle Management improvement programs for Factory Services.
• Develop program plans, milestones, governance structures, budget proposals and success metrics.
• Coordinate communications with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies to meet objectives.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with IT, business units and suppliers.
• Monitor progress with KPIs and report status to senior management.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews for lessons learned.
