GenScript USA Inc./ProBio Inc. is seeking a Logistics Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance, manage customs documentation, and coordinate permits for imports and exports in Singapore.
The role requires cross-border collaboration and interaction with customs brokers and freight forwarders. Based onsite at Solaris @Kallang, Singapore, the candidate should have 3–5 years in shipping/logistics, strong Mandarin/English skills, and proficiency in TradeNet/Crimsonlogic.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, and customs affairs.
- Experience with customs brokers, freight forwarders and third-party logistics providers.
- Proficient with TradeNet/Crimsonlogic platforms and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Regulatory compliance and updates.
- Tariff classification and customs documentation for imports/exports.
- Submit import/export permits via TradeNet/Crimsonlogic and liaise with customs brokers.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for packaging and dispatch.
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and other departments for compliance.
- Track shipments from initiation to delivery and resolve delays.
- Maintain records and GST permits for monthly submissions.
