Job summary

KLA is seeking a senior professional to lead Service Operations and Logistics in Singapore. The role covers quotation management, contract lifecycle, and data governance, with a focus on cost control and process improvements.

You will coordinate with global teams to optimize parts planning, logistics, and service delivery, ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliant operations in a dynamic electronics environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and process orientation.
• Excellent communication skills across levels.
• Proactive attitude and ability to interface with diverse teams.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quotation process for spare parts and service contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with regional objectives.
• Govern contract lifecycle management, CRM booking, and internal tracking.
• Act as escalation point for customer issues, guiding resolution across functions.
• Ensure data governance across customer, contract, and transactional data for reporting accuracy.
• Oversee billing operations, invoicing and credits in line with corporate controls.
• Collaborate with HQ Logistics and stakeholders to optimize order fulfillment and service delivery.
• Drive operational visibility through weekly/monthly performance analysis and reporting.
• Lead administrative and operational support, ensuring efficiency and standardization.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives in processes and automation.
