Job summary

OKX in Singapore is seeking a middle to senior level legal counsel to support Web3 products. You will assess regulatory risk, draft and negotiate commercial agreements, and advise internal teams on evolving crypto regulations.

You will liaise with external counsel, monitor US regulatory developments, and help shape internal policies and processes for the Web3 products legal team. Fluency in English is required; Chinese is a plus; US Bar is strongly preferred; prior product and software

Qualifications

8–15 years PQE; blockchain/Web3 experience preferred.
US Bar admission strongly preferred.
Familiar with product management and software development workflows.
Excellent drafting, communication and stakeholder management.
Proficient in English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders for new products, features to existing products, marketing material and regulatory changes.
Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of documents including commercial agreements and internal policies.
Liaise and manage external counsel when required.
Monitor regulatory developments (especially in the US) and their impact on the Web3 business.
Maintain and brief internal stakeholders on SOPs owned by the Web3 Products legal team.
Provide general support to the Web3 business teams.
