Job summary

OKX Group is seeking a highly motivated middle to senior level legal counsel with extensive Web3 experience. You will provide legal advice on new Web3 products, draft and negotiate a broad range of documents, and monitor regulatory developments with a focus on the US.

Strong drafting, risk assessment, and stakeholder management are essential. The role requires 8–15 years PQE, preferably with blockchain experience; US Bar admission is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years PQE with experience in blockchain/Web3 products and services.
• US Bar admission strongly preferred for this role.
• Familiar with product management and software development workflows.
• Sound judgment on business practices and reputational risk.
• Proficient in spoken and written English; Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and support to internal stakeholders for new Web3 products and features.
• Draft, maintain, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, policies, terms, and templates.
• Liaise with external counsel as required.
• Monitor regulatory developments (especially US) and advise on impact to Web3 business.
• Maintain internal SOPs and provide general support to Web3 business teams.
