The successful candidate will handle asset transfers, SBL, trade affirmations, and scripless conversions for both local and foreign markets, ensuring compliance and timely processing.

Strong Excel skills (VBA/Macros) and proficiency in Word and PowerPoint are essential, with a Diploma/Degree in Banking or Finance. 8.30am-5.30pm, Fort Canning/Downtown area.

Qualificações

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Banking/Finance.
• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (VBA, Macros), Word, PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Handle asset transfers for local and foreign markets, including related operational risks and escalations.
• Manage SG Securities Borrowing & Lending (SBL) and trade affirmations.
• Process scripless conversion requests and share transfers.
• Respond to queries from clients, trade representatives and relevant stakeholders.
• Liaise with counterparties and custodians on transaction matters.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and proper documentation.
• Review and streamline processes to improve efficiency and controls.
• Collate proxy instructions and prepare forms for submission to relevant authorities.
• Process physical share certificate deposits for Singapore and foreign markets.
• Support ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned.
