• Ability to use AI tools responsibly for research and analysis.
• Multi-regional insurance experience; Asia-Pacific exposure preferred.
• Experience with casualty and workers' compensation claims.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Support insurance program operations through underwriting data compilation, insurer applications, and policy renewals.
• Assist with insurance coverage placement activities and respond to insurer inquiries.
• Maintain accurate insurance records, policy registers, and program documentation.
• Support workers’ compensation and casualty insurance claims administration.
• Gather and manage loss documentation and liaise with adjusters and consultants.
• Identify property and casualty risks and support risk management practices.
