Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related discipline.
Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing finance, with hands-on experience in financial modeling, product cost modeling, and manufacturing cost analysis.

Responsibilities

Lead complex Conventional and Advanced Packaging scenario studies and financial analyses to support Micron’s Assembly & Test manufacturing network.
Partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance leadership teams to evaluate business scenarios and provide data-driven recommendations.
Develop cost models and financial analyses to support key decisions related to cost competitiveness, capacity planning, manufacturing network optimization, and technology transitions.
Manage the increasing volume, speed, and complexity of scenario requests by improving analytical processes, standardizing study methodologies, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
Leverage advanced analytics and AI-enabled tools to automate workflows, improve turnaround time, and enhance the quality, consistency, and efficiency of cost studies.
