Job summary

You will own strategy, identify new markets, manage key accounts and lead the commercial function with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset. You will partner with engineering and product teams to shape technically compelling offerings, oversee pricing and profitability, and build a high-performance sales organization that delivers

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Significant experience in B2B technology sales and commercial leadership.
• Proven track record of winning new customers and growing strategic accounts.
• Strong technical and commercial acumen translating product capabilities into value.
• Experience with P&L management, pricing and margin optimisation.
• Experience building sales teams in SME/entrepreneurial environments.
• Leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management for an international scope.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial growth strategy across markets and channels.
• Lead proactive business development and new customer acquisition, from prospecting to close.
• Build relationships with OEMs, ODMs, system integrators and distribution partners.
• Translate customer requirements into commercially viable solutions and products.
• Own sales performance, revenue growth, gross margins and pricing strategy.
• Develop go-to-market plans and account plans to strengthen competitive position.
• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial team with clear objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management and the Board on growth priorities.
