GI HR SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a high-performing Client Account Manager – RF Test & Measurement to drive revenue growth across Singapore and the region.

You will sell RF, microwave, and wireless test solutions to top-tier customers and act as a trusted technical advisor. In this senior role, you will translate complex customer needs into tailored instrument solutions, manage multi‑stakeholder sales cycles, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with capital equipment or T&M instrumentation.
• Strong network in Singapore’s tech ecosystem across aerospace, defense, electronics, academia.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles and tenders.

Responsibilities

• Revenue & Pipeline Growth: hit quotas for RF test equipment, spectrum analyzers, and automation systems.
• Key Account Development: build relationships at executive level across target sectors.
• Consultative Technical Selling: translate measurement needs into tailored solutions.
• Market Intelligence & Forecasting: provide forecasts and analyze regional trends.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: work with engineers and service teams for delivery and support.
