Job summary

ByteDance is seeking a Supply Chain Manager in Singapore to lead and optimise global reverse logistics, RMA workflows, and related supply chain processes. The role focuses on standardising operations, improving transparency, and enhancing cross-regional collaboration to support operational stability and risk management.

You will drive end-to-end RMA/VR implementations, manage warehouse activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient and scalable reverse

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience in a supply chain, logistics, or related field.
Proven experience in global supply chain operations and reverse logistics.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end RMA and VR processes globally to ensure efficiency.
Oversee warehouse activities including inbound/outbound/RMA and inventory checks.
Drive standardisation, documentation and controls for transparency and compliance.
Collaborate with logistics, procurement, quality and finance to optimise reverse logistics and spare parts.
