The role emphasizes algorithm research, real-time decision making, and collaboration with product, operation, and data science teams to deliver scalable, efficient logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in mathematics, statistics, computer science, industrial engineering, supply chain and logistics, operations research or related fields.
• Solid foundation in data structures and algorithms; proficient in Python/Java/C++/R.
• Proficient in deep learning, reinforcement learning, operations research optimization, and large models with logistics or supply chain experience preferred.
• Strong learning ability, curiosity, clear logic, good teamwork and communication skills; proficient English writing and communication.

Responsibilities

• Implement operations research and AI projects for self-owned warehouses and partner warehouses; advance algorithm development and optimize in dynamic scenarios.
• Develop algorithms for First-Mile/Last-Mile, including dynamic route planning, intelligent onboarding, and real-time capacity decisions; improve scheduling and allocation models.
• Participate in global logistics network planning; simulate supply chain scenarios with large language models and optimize network layout decisions.
