Job summary

Apple is seeking a dynamic Logistics Systems Support SME to govern data, systems and processes for the Logistics team across Asia Pacific. You will be the go-to expert for real-time track-and-trace, transportation management, and service-levels, collaborating with internal partners and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 2–3 years in a logistics-related role with exposure to logistics systems (tracking, TMS, service levels, BI tools).
• Basic knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems.
• Experience with data analysis tools (Tableau, SQL).
• Experience in agile project management.

Responsibilities

• Provide system maintenance support during BAU and peak periods.
• Support system issue resolution and timely updates to stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into system setups and propose enhancements to improve supply chain efficiency and customer experience.
• Participate in capital projects from requirement stage to implementation, including UAT.
