Job summary

NTU Singapore is seeking a Project Officer to support the Global Asia Research Centre and the Mining Mineral Life project. The role focuses on coordinating international conferences, fieldwork logistics, and administrative tasks essential for research delivery.

You will liaise with diverse teams, manage travel and venues, and help with onboarding and procurement activities. The position offers involvement in high-profile events and close collaboration with researchers, fellows, and visiting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or related discipline.
• Experience in project coordination or event management in higher education or research settings preferred.
• Strong organisational, planning, and stakeholder-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate conferences, workshops, seminars, and Centre-related events.
• Manage budgets, travel, venues, and vendor coordination for events.
• Administer registrations, invitations, publicity, and post-event reports.
• Support fieldwork logistics and onboarding of new staff and PhD students.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
