Job summary

NTU Singapore invites applications for a Research Fellow to lead a 3-year project on the energy transition and its mining implications in Southeast Asia. Qualifications

• PhD in any discipline; ability to conceptualize and deliver an original substantive research project in three years.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work independently under strict timelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver a 3-year research project on the impact of mining for the energy transition on landscapes and livelihoods in Southeast Asia.
• Contribute to the intellectual direction of the research group and participate in public and scholarly events.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary researchers and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
