Job summary

CS Mobility (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Account Servicing professional to initiate and set up relocation programmes and services for assignees. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage admin tasks, and ensure timely service delivery.

You will support assignees with temporary housing, goods movement, tenancy reviews and maintenance requests, while maintaining data accuracy and generating status reports in predefined formats. A Diploma and strong English are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Good command of spoken and written English to communicate with multilingual stakeholders.
• Adept in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Office Outlook).
• Able to multi-task and work with different levels of people.
• Meticulous, proactive and have a good working attitude.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and set up all programmes and services to be delivered, including immigration, home finding, country orientation, school search and cross-cultural awareness programmes, and disconnect programmes.
• Appoint, coordinate and manage subcontractors and vendors involved in service delivery.
• Provide administrative support to assignee for relocation services not supported by consultants or vendors (e.g., temporary accommodation bookings, coordination of household goods movement, tenancy lease review, tenancy maintenance requests).
• Ensure all services are delivered in a timely and optimal manner in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
• Create and maintain client entry in database and input all relevant data regularly.
• Provide updates and reports on client status according to account-specific formats.
• Check invoices generated for billing.
