Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Global Real Estate Director to lead RE strategy, portfolio governance, and sustainability alignment across an international footprint. You will drive standardization of FM practices, optimize footprints, and ensure governance across Corporate, Regional, and SERE teams.

You will collaborate with Corporate Functions, Regional Operations, and GSC leadership to deliver resilient, efficient real estate assets while embedding climate and nature risk Management into decision

Qualifications

• Experience in global Real Estate, Facility Management, or related fields across a multi site, international environment.
• Knowledge of integrated facility management (IFM) and vendor governance.
• Strong understanding of real estate transactions and portfolio optimization.
• Experience in climate and nature capital risk frameworks (TCFD, TNFD) and sustainability disclosure (CSRD, GHG Protocol).
• Proficiency in FM/RE systems and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global RE strategy and portfolio governance.
• Benchmark and elevate FM practices across regions; promote best practices.
• Embed sustainability criteria in FM model and vendor selection.
• Partner with Corporate Security on governance and risk controls.
• Lead cross-functional projects across Real Estate, FM, SERE, and GSC.
