Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager to lead global quality deviation management across Front-End sites and central teams in Singapore.

You will shape strategy, governance, and execution discipline to reduce quality events and accelerate Micron’s quality transformation roadmap. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Quality, Manufacturing or related field.
• Extensive experience in quality engineering, process engineering, manufacturing, deviation management, or semiconductor disciplines.
• Proven success leading strategic quality, operational improvement, or transformation programs in a complex environment.
• Lead, coach, and develop technical teams with performance management and mentoring.
• Structured problem solving, root cause analysis, risk assessment, and data-driven decisions.
• Influence cross-functional and global stakeholders to drive execution through ambiguity.
• Experience with analytics, automation, AI, or digital solutions to boost quality and productivity.
• Solid understanding of semiconductor manufacturing fundamentals including deviation management and SPC.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for delivering results.

Responsabilités

• Define, govern, and align worldwide FE deviation management strategy and processes.
• Drive adoption of best-known methods across global sites for deviation detection and containment.
• Lead governance, benchmarking, targets, and progress tracking for quality improvement.
• Ensure data consistency, reporting discipline, and decision-quality improvements.
• Facilitate workshops, quality forums, and knowledge-sharing for continuous improvement.
• Lead programs to reduce non-conformance in wafers and improve yield in Front-End manufacturing.
• Partner with site teams and central orgs to set targets and execution plans.
• Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and decisions to leadership.
