Job summary

Spencer Ogden Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Lead QA/QC Manager to drive quality across semiconductor EPCM projects in Singapore, Europe, the US and Asia.

This role reports to the Head of QA/QC and leads project quality planning, reviews, supplier surveillance, FAT/SAT, commissioning and handover. The successful candidate will oversee five Process Critical Systems disciplines, ensure compliance with client specs and international standards, and mentor a multidisciplinary team to deliver quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Lead Auditor certification (ISO 9001) highly desirable.
• ASQ CQE or equivalent certification an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain the Corporate Quality Management System on projects.
• Develop PQPs and ITPs for quality assurance across EPCM phases.
• Lead QA/QC reviews and site inspections across disciplines.
• Coordinate supplier quality audits and FAT/SAT activities.
• Manage NCRs, CAPA and root-cause analysis.
• Coach and develop QA/QC engineers and inspectors.
• Interface with clients and contractors for quality issues.
