Job summary

Siemens Mobility in Singapore seeks a Project Procurement Manager to lead procurement for eHouses and modular structures on international projects, contributing to energy transition and digitalization.

You will drive RFQ processes, manage supplier selection and negotiations, and build an APAC supplier network while collaborating across regions to ensure timely delivery and cost optimization.

Qualifications

• Experience in project-based procurement for international projects.
• Expertise in RFQ processes for materials and services.
• Ability to lead supplier evaluations and contract negotiations.
• Experience building international supplier networks in SEA and China.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement strategy during sales/tender phase and coordinate workstreams.
• Manage end-to-end RFQ processes for materials and services.
• Drive supplier selection, TCO assessments, contract negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Develop and manage an international supplier network across SE Asia and China.
• Collaborate across functions and regions as the APAC procurement interface in Singapore.
• Support supplier performance, escalation, and risk mitigation activities.
• Lead cost optimization initiatives and procurement transformation including sustainability.
