Coordinate procurement workstreams, advise stakeholders on procurement matters, and ensure implementation of procurement strategies and project targets.

  • Developing Strategic Supplier Networks: Build, expand, and manage an international supplier ecosystem across Southeast Asia and China, ensuring supplier capability, capacity, competitiveness, and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborating Across Functions & Regions: As part of the Project Procurement of the Center of Competence for Data Center in EMEA/APAC (with locations in Den Haag, Chennai & Singapore), you will act as the key procurement interface for the APAC Sales and Bid Management organization in Singapore, working closely with the Senior Buyer for eHouses and Modular Structures in Chennai, India.
  • Managing Supplier Performance & Risk: Support supplier claim resolution, escalation management, and risk mitigation activities to ensure successful project execution.

Your success is grounded in:
  • Project Procurement Leadership: You bring 15+ years of international project procurement experience spanning both tender and execution phases within complex project environments.
  • Regional Supplier Expertise: You possess 10+ years of sourcing and supplier management experience across Southeast Asia and China, with a strong understanding of international procurement and contract management.
