Job summary

Siemens Energy in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to guide projects from planning through delivery, balancing quality, budget, and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-border partners, contribute to risk management practices, and share knowledge with internal teams.

The role leads planning/execution, coordinates across project teams, and maintains communications with customers, contractors, and stakeholders. Expect ~30% site work and ~70% office-based activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Interest in profitable project execution with a customer-focused approach.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience across multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience supporting successful projects or service contracts (Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Generators, or Compressors).

Responsibilities

• Support overall project results, including P&L, to ensure quality, timelines, budgets, and functionality.
• Lead planning and execution of assigned projects, coordinating across project teams.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement, risk management, and training rollout for internal teams and sub-contractors.
• Support cross-border technical and commercial project management, including reporting on contract performance.
• Be open to business travel and on-site work during overhauls, upgrades, and commissioning—approx. 30% site-based, 70% office-based.
