Responsibilities

• Work with customers, internal stakeholders, external vendors to initiate a project and define goals, scope, deliverables, schedule, cost, and milestones.
• Assemble and direct the project team and lead execution.
• Unify team efforts, lead effective meetings, promote collaboration, resolve conflicts, and remove roadblocks.
• Identify risks early, analyse impact, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Establish budgets and track spending to stay within financial boundaries.
• Maintain transparent communication with clients and stakeholders and provide regular updates to PMO.
• Manage client expectations and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Handle day-to-day operational aspects of projects and ad-hoc tasks.
