Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the General (non-Life) Insurance industry.
• Relevant experience in an aligned role with a broker or insurance company.
• Excellent working knowledge of PC based systems and applications.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with brokers, clients, and underwriting teams.
• Service MNP inwards portfolio including document issuance and client management.
• Assist underwriting teams on Produced Outwards MNP programs.
• Ensure high level of underwriting service to brokers and clients.
• Review and negotiate policy terms and conditions.

Skills

General (non-Life) Insurance experience

Experience with brokers or insurance companies

PC based systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Education

Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline
