Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product, demand, or supply chain planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain & Logistics.
• Japanese language ability is a plus for collaboration with Japanese counterparts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with Tableau experience.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and strong relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-driven, proactive problem-solver.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end support across the product journey from concept to launch and evaluation.
• Track milestones across teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Bridge regional offices to align local market demands with product strategy.
• Analyze sales, competitors, and market developments to guide decisions.
• Create clear reports and insights using Excel and Tableau.
• Conduct targeted market research on customer preferences and industry trends.
• Collaborate with Product Planning team to maintain high performance.
• Participate in team discussions, including occasional after-hours calls.
