Job summary

LAPP Asia Pacific Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to lead new product development projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and reporting health metrics to regional and global leadership.

The role emphasizes Stage Gate processes, deviation management, and collaboration with technology, operations and finance to drive timely product delivery and alignment with global standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering required.
• PM certification or formal program required.
• 6–8 years professional experience, incl. at least 2 years in project management.
• Electrical industry preferred.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Power BI and SAP.
• Experience with project portfolio management tools (PPM).

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project timelines and schedules; coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Facilitate development processes and track Stage Gate lifecycle.
• Drive deviation management and follow-up on countermeasures.
• Act as facilitator in project review meetings.
• Support project management alongside product lifecycle activities.
• Lead project management for strategic new product initiatives.
