Job summary

Secretlab is seeking a Product Developer to lead end-to-end product development initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams across regions to bring new concepts to market. This role requires strong project management, a solid manufacturing understanding, and the ability to balance technical, commercial, and operational considerations.

You will work with Industrial & Packaging Design, Mechanical Engineering, and Manufacturing teams to ensure data governance for BOMs, and facilitate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 2–4 years in product development, project coordination, or engineering ops roles.
• Experience coordinating data structures, product registries, or inventory workflows; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of assigned projects from configuration to market launch readiness.
• Coordinate reviews, prototyping, and cross-functional task alignments to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with Industrial & Packaging Design, Mechanical Engineering, and Manufacturing to resolve risks.
• Communicate with manufacturing partners and suppliers for sample iterations and production data.
• Support PLM deployment and ensure data governance across BOMs and documentation.
• Identify workflow improvements to boost delivery reliability and speed.
• Apply engineering principles to balance technical constraints and design intents.
