Qualifications

Master's degree in Marketing & Communications or related field.
6–10 years of experience in Product Communications or related fields.
Onsite experience in Europe and Singapore is mandatory.
Experience managing multilingual content projects.
Experience with cross-border teams and sales/business development is preferred.
Fluent English and French (native level) in communication.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale Help Centre and knowledge management across languages/regions.
Oversee 600+ articles in 10+ languages.
Develop content governance for accuracy, localization quality, and compliance.
Collaborate with Product, Customer Service, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Engineering teams.
Improve Help Center architecture, navigation, and self-service adoption.
Drive customer-centric content and launch communications frameworks.
