Mediterranean Shipping Co. (Switzerland) Asia Regional Office Pte Ltd is seeking a Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across defined categories.

You will work with stakeholders to define requirements, run RFQs, evaluate bids and negotiate terms, prices and delivery schedules to secure optimal commercial agreements. The role requires a strong background in procurement, contract governance and supplier management, with the ability to drive cost controls,

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement, supply chain management, business, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of global procurement, sourcing or contract administration experience.
• Advanced Excel; Power BI and procurement systems such as SAP or Coupa desirable.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Commercially aware, organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement for assigned categories to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, specifications, budgets and timelines.
• Identify, evaluate and qualify suppliers to build a reliable supplier base.
• Conduct RFQ, tenders, bid evaluations, price benchmarking and analyses.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, terms, service levels and warranties for optimal agreements.
• Prepare, review and administer contracts and framework agreements.
• Monitor supplier performance and contractual compliance.
• Resolve procurement issues to maintain supply chain continuity.
• Maintain procurement records for audit and reporting.
• Analyze spend patterns, demand forecasts, market trends and risks to inform strategy.
