Job summary

Amazon Asia-Pacific Resources Private Limited (Singapore) is seeking a Program Manager - Procurement Excellence to partner with Procurement, Operations, Risk, and Engineering to enable scalable, well-controlled business processes and decision-making for AWS Data Center procurement.

You will design and embed controls, drive risk-informed improvements, and coordinate across Legal, Audit and Tech teams to sustain governance maturity and audit readiness in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of purchasing experience.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead audit programs, risk remediation, and policy improvements with stakeholders.
• Establish controls, mechanisms, and policies to improve DCSP compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through best practices and hands-on leadership.
• Identify tools and processes to simplify and standardize operations.
• Derive insights and present recommendations from analysis.
