Job summary

AMAZON ASIA-PACIFIC RESOURCES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead the Data Governance and EDI Integration function within AWS Cloud Logistics. You will own end-to-end strategy and execution for data quality, EDI compliance, and system integrations enabling visibility across the global supply chain.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical product or program management experience.
• 6+ years PM experience with software engineering teams.
• Experience with ERP systems or data analytics tools (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau).
• Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Analytics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the data governance strategy for ACL's global systems and define data quality standards.
• Lead EDI compliance programs with logistics providers and monitor performance.
• Oversee data and EDI integrations across TMS/WMS and planning systems.
• Establish data quality reporting cadences and provide executive visibility.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to resolve data quality issues and drive metrics.
• Build scalable onboarding frameworks for new LSPs, suppliers, and systems.
• Identify and resolve systemic data issues affecting thousands of shipments.
• Partner with BI and engineering to automate data quality monitoring.
