Qualifications

• 8 to 12 years’ experience in consulting or corporate strategy.
• Exposure to the Financial Industry is mandatory; strong Private Banking/Wealth Management exposure is an advantage.
• Driven self-starter who is delivery focused and possesses strong communication, influencing and presentation skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to various demands in a diverse culture.
• Familiar with relevant rules and regulations related to local banking business.

• Drive strategic planning and long-term goal setting for the Bank's strategic priorities.
• Formulate hypotheses and lead structured problem-solving for management decisions.
• Produce high-quality strategic materials for senior leadership.
• Lead and design research initiatives to support major strategy programs.
• Serve as a strategic partner for internal stakeholders.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
• Lead project teams and manage cross-functional workstreams.
• Manage project planning and performance tracking.
