Job summary

DBS seeks a VP, Relationship Manager in Private Banking for the Greater China Market, based in Singapore. You will lead acquisition and retention of high-net-worth clients, deliver tailored wealth solutions, and collaborate with Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists.

The role requires deep market knowledge, strong regulatory understanding, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of building long-term client relationships within Asia's private banking space.

Qualifications

• Experience in private banking and managing HNW/UHNW clients.
• Solid knowledge of Greater China market and networks.
• Strong regulatory and compliance understanding.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-centric communication.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business through proactive acquisition and retention of HNW/UHNW clients within the Greater China market.
• Implement geographically focused strategy in line with the overall business strategy.
• Build and develop a deep understanding of clients’ investment needs.
• Provide sound financial advice to clients working in partnership with the Investment Counsellors and Product Specialists.
• Be a strong advisor to the clients in their wealth journeys and work to continually strengthen the client relationships.
• Ensure compliance to the bank's and regulatory requirements.
