Qualifications

• Pricing, procurement, subcontracting, or supply chain experience preferred, especially in semiconductor backend environments.
• Strong data analytics with Excel; experience with automation and digitalization tools (Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Access, SQL, Python).
• Analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset; high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subcontractors to manage pricing activities and issue resolution.
• Maintain pricing data in SAP and ensure correct subcontractor payments, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Analyze pricing variances and validate tier-pricing against shipment volume commitments; coordinate DN/CN issuances.
• Conduct test-time validation for new products and high-volume programs to ensure accurate costing and payments.
• Provide pricing estimates for new products and opportunities per costing methodologies.
• Support process improvements, automation, and digitalization to enhance pricing accuracy and data quality.
